We also receive information you choose to provide when speaking with our team. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, banking information, or other sensitive records.

We use your details to respond to your inquiry, discuss your solar needs, check basic fit for a provider connection, maintain inquiry and consent records, and honor requests to stop contact. Submitting an inquiry does not confirm eligibility or service availability.

Provider connections

Before a live transfer, we explain which provider will receive your call and ask for your agreement. If you agree to a connection, the provider may receive the information needed to discuss your request, such as your name, location, contact details, and solar concerns. You may decline. The provider's own privacy notice applies to its handling of information. We may receive compensation for qualifying referrals.

Text messages and consent

Text messages, if you separately opt in, relate to your solar inquiry with Sundown Solar Help. Consent is optional and is not required to submit a form, receive help, or purchase anything. Loading and using the form may transmit browser, network, IP address, device, and time-zone information and use storage needed for form functionality. Our hosting provider receives technical request data. We load fonts from Google Fonts. We do not install advertising pixels or analytics scripts on this website.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond, maintain business and consent records, resolve issues, and meet applicable obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. We may retain limited records of opt-out requests to respect your preferences.
